2D or not 2D... #43

This adds the basic setup for using Vivagraphjs as the 2D graph renderer. Features we're still missing:

add outline + background fill to icons so that they render nicely even when they have clashing color schemes or weird transparencies
add popups with description, links, etc

@ZakMiller I also added the change to add some animation (nodes render in briefly before the edges are drawn, let me know if you like the feel), plus a change that scales the edge length based on how related the sites are (finally using audience overlap!)
