Save data extracted from DB to the 'data' folder instead of 'results'.

Presently the RDS file compiling the data extracted from the database is saved in the 'results' folder. I propose to save it in a data folder instead, that can also include the manual blind time or any other relevant information not included in the database.

Issue solved, since the file location can be parametrised as "mainOutputDir". Make sure to change this parameter while computing and saving MTR or figures.
