Collection name typos/errors? #32

I've also run into some issues when joining information between data/list_collections and metadata/collections

data/list_collections returns collection "Naturalista" (not all caps) butmetadata/collections returns "NATURALISTA"
data/list_collections returns collection "HAWKCOUNT" but metadata/collections returns "HawkCount"

This is kind of strange, but Denis can comment. The bscakn.bmde_data table field 'collection' is slightly out of synch with the actual collection name. It is sort of a convenience field, since project_id (also present) would allow direct resolution of the collection metadata.
