To Do

[x] Main API needs at least one "private" table to ensure that private tables work on the main API
[x] Check docs load
[x] Bump version

@denislepage Sorry for the delay, but I'm just about ready to release naturecounts v0.3.0. The main thing to check is that the private tables still work, but I can't test this on the main API because my user (steffilazerte) doesn't have any private tables (or if it does, they're not being displayed properly). Could you have a look at that? Thanks!

@denislepage, actually even better would be to give testuser access to a private table so I could have that test run in GitHub actions
