some pages have a meta tag malfunction #314

Describe the bug text is appearing above the navigation. This seems to be the same text that appears later in the blue box.

Witnessed on iOS Safari, and on MacOS Chrome.

Problem may be that this text was destined for the meta tag, but has been placed outside the closing of that tag
