Currently the Webinars Archive page is a plain CMS page with linked YouTube videos.
In a design meeting in late Feb 2024 Caroline asked us to move this to a custom template so that we can add a blue box like the rest of the pages. She can write copy.

This would also be a good opportunity to make sure the videos are accessible (see https://github.com/BirkbeckCTP/hourglass/issues/326).
