Invitation emails for peer review.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some editors would like to be able to send invitations to reviewers via Janeway, without explicitely creating an account on their behalf.

Describe the solution you'd like A new worflow were an invite can be sent via email with a link for registration that grants the user the reviewer role. This option should be available from the article review page, as an alternative to creating an account.

Fine to add this but any barrier will potentially dissuade reviewers.

We can always have both options. Editors showed concerns about filling in the metadata on behalf of someone else, particularly the password. Perhaps we could remove the password field and send a private confirmation link to the reviewer

This would be very helpful for 1.4 - although it would be best if as a first point of contact, the initial invitation email just contains the name of paper and abstract to help the reviewer decide, and then if they accept they then get sent the login email to access the article (so that we aren't showing them the full article until they've accepted).
