As an editor I want a better way to manage reviewer interests #3358

User story As an editor, I depend on records of reviewer interests in Janeway to choose reviewers. However, I don't have a screen in Janeway that allows me to see all the reviewer interests, filter them, and edit them, so data management is difficult.

Describe the solution you'd like A page where I can manage all reviewer interests.

Does the update to Roles > Reviewers cover this requirement?
