Preprints: Preprints without subjects ("Orphaned preprints") shouldn't be tracked in repository stats box new feature for Managers/Moderators

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a Repository Manager, I regularly check the stats box for high-level information about preprints in the repository and benefit from being able to click each link to gain more information about the stat provided.

The Orphaned Preprints aren't something that I can resolve myself -- an administrator is required. Therefore, I shouldn't see this.

(As a Repository Administrator, I have found that Repository Managers are very confused about the Orphaned Preprints because they are always 0.)

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the "Orphaned Preprints" stat from the Repository Manager Dashboard page.
