I kinda solved this issue by changing the color of .fa-bolt and .fa-exclamation and then removing the drop shadow. you can see the .fa-bolt - text-shadow - color - none if you don't do that it will leave a white shadow under it. also .fa-bolt - color - [color picker] - #ffff00 will turn the bolt yellow. I am still trying to figure out what the temperature icon is called I am going to guess .fa-thermometer or something, but aside from overheating the pi, I am not sure of a way to find it currently. But if I find it I will post here if its still up. This way your Temp alert and Power alert can be two separate colors. Also its worth remembering that each icon requires a separate text-shadow none line, or else you will get a bolt without a shadow and and exclamation with one.

Undervoltage looks like overtemp with Themeify
Looks like the new Pi Support bundled plugin when under an undervoltage condition results in some of the text being grayed out, resulting in a red herring for the user.
