Publishing Immform Data #20

I think Immform is the suggested data source for some of the indicators on immunisations however the terms and conditions on their website states that we are not allowed to publish GP practice level data without their explicit permission:

Publishing data from ImmForm surveys
The data on ImmForm contains results collected from national surveys and collections down to practice level data. Practice level data is not published. Users may use practice level data for local performance management but may not publish or disseminate it. Data that is aggregated at a level above practice level and already published by UKHSA may be used in publications or used for secondary analysis.

Thanks for checking that out. We will be putting it into the output data at minimum of PCN level, so we shouldn't be publishing at GP level. Looks like we need to check if PCN level is in other publications though, or as them directly for permission, I guess?
