Make a port of PolyGrainSynth to Integra Live #920

We should port this Pd abstraction to Integra Live: http://www.pkstonemusic.com/polygrainsynth.html

The OSC control can be removed, and a lot of the parameters will need to be renamed to match our naming conventions, but overall this is a very nice abstraction, which I think our users would enjoy.

Issue with incompatible libraries.

Hi @NiccoloGranieri, what's the issue? PolyGrainSynth at it's core (i.e. the bit that does the actual granular synthesis as distinct from the OSC handling) should be more-or-less Vanilla Pd.
