Better default token sorting

A potential way to sort tokens by default for balances, liquidity, etc:

• Non zero tokens
  • Primary: DST followed by LP
  • Secondary: Value (balance total, liquidity, etc)
  • Tertiary: Name
• Zero tokens
  • Primary: DST followed by LP
  • Tertiary: Name
