Change Explorer Link on Blockchain Tab #1057

Blockchain tab on full node desktop wallet

Describe the solution you'd like:

To change the explorer link to https://defiscan.live/

Additional context:

The current link to explorer is going to be replaced by DeFi Scan soon.
