Hi, App version is 2.11 Windows os Ram 16 GB Ryzen 5600x About 100 GB Can't open app so wont upload logs :/

Hi @Dawidekk523 , understand that it closes, but does the app "quit" when you launch? App logs can be accessed from the top menu bar, not within the app.

Hi, finally decided on a computer format which helped! Now the question is that after entering "seed" the wallet does not show the same number of tokens as on the phone, 0 is everywhere, how to fix it? In the lower left corner there is information about correct synchronization

I have never used a wallet for a computer before, I entered the phrase "seed" from the wallet that I use on the phone and thought both will sync funds

Hi @Dawidekk523 , ah I see, so you're installing the desktop app for the first time?

The DeFiChain Light Wallet app's & Desktop app's restoration methods are irrelevant; meaning to say you can't load the 24 words from mobile app on to the desktop app and neither can you load the wallet.dat (backup equivalent for desktop app) from the desktop to mobile. If you would like to use the desktop app — a full node wallet, kind reminder to regularly backup your wallet.dat; first half of this guide explains in details how to backup desktop app wallet.

A full node wallet would mean that before accessing the features within the app, you'll have to synchronize to 100% each time. Also, you'll always have to keep your desktop app up to date to the latest version; DeFiChain Announcements (EN) for latest announcements.

If you would like to save the hassle of running a full node wallet, I'd suggest you use the mobile app. The team is currently working on integrating the mobile & desktop app — so you can use the same 24 words account concurrently. As for now, these are 2 independent applications. Hope this resolves your issue.
