Mi balance de tokens es cero pero en defiscan si aparecen las transacciones #1192

On 04-17-2022 the transactions and my token balance were ok. Enter again in defichain around 04-24-2022 and my balance is zero but the transactions are in defiscan. I have tried to restore the PC app many times with all available backups but the balance is still zero. I always do it 100% in sync. I don't have the 24 security words, I didn't generate them. image The address is the following dTFDzSwQBgcZ7Mk7Kznf7AnRoB4nJ4A2VH Could you tell me how to recover my token balance?

What are your environment parameters?

Hi @Ismaelidass , yes there's no 24 words on desktop app, only wallet.dat as backup. Can you send your logs for investigation please? Thank you.

Hi @Ismaelidass , update v2.13.0 is out, this is a mandatory update. Kindly backup wallet and read through the release notes before updating.
