Legacy address in the Windows 2.21.0 Desktop Wallet not working. #1232

Actual behavior:

After creating a legacy address in the Windows 2.21.0 Desktop wallet, backing up and closing the wallet the address is not there when you re-open the backup, when you try to add it sometimes it says it's there already, but does not show in the receive addresses and the balance does not show. Even if it allows you to add it manually, the balance never shows up. Rescan does not fix it. I replicated this on a second Windows PC.

Expected behavior:

To keep all the addresses associated with it when you open it and to show balances for the accounts associated to it.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Install Fresh Windows 10 and all updates including 22H2, instal the Windows 2.21.0 Desktop wallet, createda legacy address, backup and close the wallet, Open/Restore wallet, no addresses are showing. No balances show when you add the addresses manually.

What are your environment parameters?

I received some assistance from Bernd on Telegram and it seems to be my misunderstanding. I was not aware you needed to add the addresses after restoring, I was under the impression that once you restored the .dat that everything would be contained within and restored automatically. Once I figured out the correct .dat and added the 2 addresses belonging to it manually, it seems to be working OK and the balance is showing.
