Actual behavior: Wallet UI does not apear, stuck with Error - unable to load Blockchian.
When i updated from 4.0.6 (in this version everything worked) to 4.0.7 error started. Searched Docs and decided to do a clean reinstall. Deleted program completly for pc and did a clean reinstall with version 4.0.8. But the problem still exists also after the clean reinstall (also deleted all folders as mentioned in docs).
Expected behavior: Wallet should load all information
