`404` when `REMOVE COLLATERAL` #1392

211123 v0 15 6 - iOS : Android - Loans - Remove Col - Confirm Remove Collateral

What happened:

• 404 when REMOVE COLLATERAL

What you expected to happen:

• Able to remove collateral amount

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Your vaults > select Vault > EDIT COLLATERALS > select – icon > input an amount > REMOVE COLLATERAL AMOUNT > CONFIRM REMOVE COLLATERAL

Anything else we need to know?:

Title should be Confirm Remove Collateral not Confirm Add Collateral
