`Loans` - inconsistent padding

Pop up modal should have consistent padding

Why is this needed:

Pop up modal has inconsistent padding

Which component/screens does this concern?:

To reproduce: Switch to DE > Loans > select Vault > EDIT COLLATERAL > + ADD TOKEN AS COLLATERAL > pop up modal has inconsistent padding
