feature(ui-ux): enable transfer domain

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR will enable the transfer domain functionality in LW. It will also fix UI bugs related to transfer domain, and the fixes span across the different screens like token selection, address book, send, convert and confirmation screens.

Fixes DFC-206
