DFC-382 Transfer Domain : Both error / valid messages are displayed when scanning address during send EVM to EVM.

Unable to send tokens from EVM to other EVM wallet since continue button is disabled after address input Both error / valid messages are displayed when scanning address during send EVM to EVM. #### What did you expect to happen? 1.
