Not able to add dusd collateral to dfi dusd collateral vaults when dusd loan is open #4130

What happened:

Not able to add dusd collateral to dfi dusd collateral vaults when dusd loan is open

What you expected to happen:

Adding dusd collateral should be possible.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Create a vault with this specs:

Try to add dusd collateral:

Android 13 Testnet Light Wallet 2.29.0
