`icon` - incorrect icon used in DEX screen

What happened:

Icon suffix used for "Pooled xxx-xxx" is incorrect in DEX screen under "YOUR LIQUIDITY"

What you expected to happen:

To use the same icon as Balance Screen

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Top up any liquidity pool pair to your wallet
Go to dex screen

Anything else we need to know?

I couldn't reproduce this. So it may have been fixed in the meantime.
