Allow `@defichain/jellyfish-api-core` blockchain.getBlock with `jellyfish-jsonrpc` option

What would you like to be added:

• Add warning message in jellyfish-json about memory usage (it is actually fine as long as client application is not exposed for any memory leak risk and not memory tight)
• Add verbosity level 1.5 (between current 1 and 2), allow block.txs retrieval without bignumber parsing. https://github.com/DeFiCh/jellyfish/blob/main/packages/jellyfish-api-core/src/category/blockchain.ts#L69-L77
• Alternatively, might remove RawBlock<Transaction> support to minimize risk of high memory usage.

Why is this needed:

lossless-json parsing on huge block (raw string in kilobytes) cost multiple megabytes.
