Potential fix for #114 #131

Minor tweaks to the code badgamernl posted but this may solve the scenario issue. Would need someone who is more versed in scenarios to test it though.

one thing i do see with it though is the runit and systemd scripts would not restart the scenario file they would instead run the normal load-latest mode not sure if that would be an issue or not
