commit df9190f removed SERVER_SETTINGS from the config #179

SERVER_SETTINGS=${FACTORIO_PATH}/data/server-settings.json from the config.example file forces server-settings.json to always reside in /data when some people ( myself being one :P ) like to round up our configs in a /config/ directory
