Limit of characters for parameters #6

Just tested for name and module code, but will be applicable to other parameters.

I added a new module with lots of characters:

This probably won't happen unless there is some error with the keyboard etc., but there should be a max limit for such fields like module code/name etc., because this is probably not the intention of the user to key in such a long code/name, so an error message should catch this.

This issue is mentioned in Feature Flaw # 2 (No length limit for module code, module name, lecture name, video name, and tag) in the Planned Enhancements section of our Developer Guide.
