[Bug] Potion and Powerup timer not showing

The option is turned on, but it only that an effect is active, not showing the timer

To reproduce: Turn on Potion and Powerup Timers in the Skyblock Addons menu

Expected Behaviour: Show a timer

System:

• OS: Windows 10
• Minecraft Version: 1.8.9

• SkyblockAddons Version: 1.6.0
