[Bug] Skill Progress Bar and Skill Progress Display do not work with abilities

Please note that we do not provide support for clients other than Forge. We will not fix compatibility issues with other clients.

Describe the bug Skill Progress Bar and Skill Progress Display do not work with abilities.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (how did you get this bug to occur):

1. Enable the skill progress bar and display.
2. Get an Item with a damaging ability.
3. Kill a mob using the item ability
4. Notice how the skill bar and display do not show yet the amount of combat xp has increased in the skill menu

Expected behavior Skill Progress Bar and Skill Progress Display should show skill xp when killing a mob with an item ability.

Upon further inspection I have found that only some abilities exhibit this behaviour, mainly the Dragon Rage ability on the Aspect Of The Dragons.

[ILikePlayingGames]

Hypixel displays ability messages and skill progress messages in the same location. Only one message can be displayed at a time, so skill progress is sometimes not shown when you kill something with an ability.
