Cult Starfall Timer #674

I spent 3 months just trying to set this to the proper time.

This new feature creates an additional timer, not unlike the Dark Auction timer and the Farming Contest Timer, which can be visible at all times. This timer showcases on when it is the 7th day of the week on Skyblock (before 6 AM), signifying on when to collect Starfall from the Cult of the Fallen Star.
