bot not connecting #22

I have made the bot, given it bot (admin) permissions, added the bot token into torch, added the channel ids. the bot stays offine and doesnt come online, I think there are a few steps missing from the documentation. the bot is running in game

same for me but only issue on remote dedicated server. With same settings (configs files) on local PC the bot run fine and show all messages in discord.
