Feature Request: ability to read a specified file and message it with a command #8

So I have this crazy idea. I have a plugin that saves PvP results in a file (saved by command) and I would like to display results in discord once per day/week without manually copying the contents. Would be cool if SEDB could read 1 specified file with some command and put it in as a message on a specified channel.

Does not fall into the scope of SEDB - if more people request such feature, i will consider it.
