Location of downloaded genomes #84

Hi,

I just have a question about the folder that genome data is downloaded to. Is there an option to specify the location of this directory? At the moment it seems to be downloading genome references to by home directory, which has quite a small quota for storage.

Thank you for the question. Currently, all genomes are stored in the home directory... but I can see now that will pose a difficultly for users on certain types of systems -- so I will implement this enhancement in the next release!
