Disable moving toolbar button #5

In Fx 4, there is a bookmarks button, which is moved beetween navgiation 
toolbar and bookmarks toolbar. This can be quite annoying, especially in hover 
mode when the button moves to a different position directly after hovering.

Hide BookmarksBar should offer an option to disable this behavior. It should be 
independent of hover mode and activated by default.
