Unknown behavior when the toolbar buttons are not in the toolbox #6

If either the extension's button or the bookmarks button provided by Firefox 4 
are not added to the toolbar, the extension may behave oddly.
I didn't get an error in the console, but the bookmarks toolbar toggled 
strangely.
