Hidden on startup fails always

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open firefox cold (I.e., no firefox windows already loaded)
2. It may have to do with me having gotten rid of your button on my toolbar 
also. I just use the shortcut to toggle it, and it toggles fine. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No matter what I do in settings to get firefox to load with bookmarks bar 
hidden, it loads with it open. Shortcut still works to toggle it after it's 
loaded, but checking "hidden on startup" does nothing!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.1.2; the latest (I think this didn't happen before the May 11 update)
Running Vista Business SP2 32bit, takes about 5 secs to load firefox cold. 

Please provide any additional information below.

Please fix it ... I love the toggle and wish Firefox had built this in 
themselves!

I recognized this for myself a fey days ago. This was already tracked and fixed 
as issue 6. The current trunk version is already fixed, but may contain some 
other errors. With the next release, this will be fixed. Until then, you should 
just add the button to one of the toolbars. If you move it to the bookmarks 
toolbar, you will rarely see it ;-)
