Basically challenges are used and completion of a challenge gets the person into a prize draw. Helps move the focus from "winner/loser"?

Yeh, that site had a page where they had the entries and it randomly chose one. Could of course do the paper out of the hat option too lol. Seems a bit low tech for us tho ;)

Suggestion from a parent - just hand out certificates when they achieve the criteria rather than giving out badges/belts.
