OpenSUSE Tumbleweed now has Bismuth in its KDE:Extra staging repository.

Update to README.md to reflect the new repository for OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.

It would be really useful if this got merged - it's a simple documentation issue, but it concerns installation instructions that have been outdated for two months now.
