[DEV]: Change developement enviorment setup script #492

Summary

Please remove the --not-interactive flag (for openSUSE zypper) from the sysdep-install.sh file. First of all this install all the recommended pakages which not everybody likes. Second if it was interactive i would be much better for user to make a choice.

I'm so mad right now as i had to install 289 pakages just to see my make build failed. And now had to delete those pakages , the hard part is i don't know which of the new recommended pakages are installed now on my system.

This issue is unnecessary , why i open it at first place (sorry for that :( i got pissed by seeing bunch of packages goes downloading without a yes or no thing which i prefer) and open that issue in hurry. I apologize for that . I had to read that script before running it .
