The great reformatting #1

I do not have OCD, but the way the files have been structured has bothered me. I've moved a bunch of files around to places that make (in my opinion) more sense. No projects nor markdown files should be affected. This mainly affects @munozr1 since mostly you and I have been the ones adding new files to the repo, so @munozr1 let me know if there are any issues with this.
