[ci] trigger bitrise only when semaphore passes

Feature

Bitrise build's take a looooong time (almost 40 min's). For that reason bitrise should only be triggered after semaphore passes. Semaphore is responsible for the test's that don't depend on IOS / Android devices. Have a look at the attached diagram.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] trigger bitrise build's over there api when semaphore passes
• [ ] Aboard bitrise build when semaphore fails (please check if we can add a reason)
