Virtual Reality Glasses

Occupies helmet slot. Displays mob health for mobs within a certain radius and highlights rare blocks and items on the ground within a certain radius. Displays a small, transparent version of the player's inventory and allows the player to access the inventory and craft while on the move. Also gives the player night vision.
