After the setup process, the user is taken to the account summary page without any info and just an empty chart.
Add a simple CTA to buy crypto/Bitcoin. This message should only be shown if the wallet is empty and there has been no transactions in that wallet.
The CTA should take them to the Buy crypto flow
/buy/info.
