Finish button to aim drivebase + spinup + elevate #231

We have all these pieces. We need to make sure hitting the aim button at various distances causes:

Shooter spinup
Autoalign turret or drive base (drive base until turret is wired up)

We also need to use sensible defaults if we hit auto but can't find a target (i.e. 43º and 4500 RPM)

[x] Add default shooter speed/elevation
[x] When target is found, don't change speed/elevation while shooter button is held
[x] Use default speed/elevation until target is found, then use that
[x] Turn LED lights back on all the time
[x] Disable autoZoom until it's tested
