and adjust variable names to meet constitutional requirements.

this additionally removes the offset on the dot based on the robot size, relating to https://github.com/cpostbitbuckets/FRCSim/pull/9

Drawing the heading is commented out currently, since the reported data is very wrong so it may just be distracting.
