Downgrade macos version #1

Currently pods required macos 12: https://github.com/BitBurst-GmbH/bitlabs-ios-sdk/blob/master/BitLabs.podspec#L29

We use github actions and macos to build our projects, but Github currently support maximum macos 11, so we cannot install this sdk using CocoaPods.

Is it necessary to keep this version or we can downgrade this requirement to 11 or lower?
