Wallet does not lock itself when changing apps

In earlier versions we had a feature that the wallet would automatically lock itself when:

• not being on the foreground for xx period
• when the phone would be turned of
• when the user closes the app

2 & 3 work, 1 doesn't seem to work.

To avoid being bothered by the automatic connection during the test, I set a value of 1000000 seconds! I edited this value to 60 seconds Fixed here: https://github.com/BitCannaGlobal/WeedMobile/commit/cac4283eee0be76faf396db5a0d1af1dafd8ec57

This value is currently hardcoded but will soon be editable by the user on the config page
