Creating wallet step 2: missing error message when mnemonic is filled incorrectly

The words are now already marked red if the mnemonic is not corresponding to the required outcome. We however miss an error message when all words have been put in (12 or 24) and something is wrong. The words stay red, but the user does not get a trigger what is wrong.

Behaviour to add:

is it possible to make the words red or green only when the user has put in all words (being either 12 or 24)?
is it possible to add an error message when there is an error in the mnemonic (also applicable only when all words have been put in)?
