Specify the need for a internet connected machine for BCE #29

Documentation should indicate that a machine not connected to the internet is not a supported use case.

Notes from SDC: The Quickstart guide now states this early on. https://groups.google.com/g/bitcurator-users/c/hyVjj1027f4

We might want to double-check this is also stated in the wiki
